Attwell ("we", "us") is a mental performance coaching business run by Andrew Morrison in Brisbane, Queensland. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We only collect what we need. This may include:
· Contact form: your name, email address and message.
· Email list: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
· Bookings: your name, email, phone number and appointment details.
· Shop orders: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
· Coaching: information you choose to share with us about your sport, goals and wellbeing. Some of this may be sensitive information, and we only collect it with your consent.
· Young athletes: for athletes aged 16 and 17, the name and contact details of a parent or guardian, and their consent.
· Website use: cookies and analytics that show how the site is used. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you.
Mostly directly from you, through our website, by email, by phone or in person. Sometimes from a school or club that has engaged us, or from a parent or guardian.
To reply to your enquiry, manage bookings, deliver our services, process orders, send you updates you've signed up for, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We won't use your information for anything unrelated without your consent.
We only send marketing emails if you've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We don't knowingly add anyone under 16 to our email list.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website, booking, email and payment providers, and only as needed. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we believe it's needed to prevent a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety.
Some of our service providers, including our website platform, may store data outside Australia, for example in [placeholder: country, e.g. the United States]. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
We store information in secure, password-protected systems and limit access to those who need it. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email andy@attwell.agency. We'll respond within 30 days. If we can't give you access, we'll explain why.
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
